We are currently looking for external support through 2 FTE Data Engineer.

Framework Conditions

Utilization: 100%

Location: Budapest (remote work possible, with up to 80% home office); occasional presence at the RSG Budapest office in the 5th district is required, or fully remote with willingness to travel for occasional coordination meetings.

Duration: September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026

Language: English (German advantageous)

Qualification Profile Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on Databricks and Python.
• Hands-on experience with streaming technologies such as Azure Event Hub and Kafka, as well as real-time data processing technologies including Apache Druid and Apache Storm.
• Experience in the development and migration of data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, ideally within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

Additional Advantages

• Knowledge of Java for analyzing and understanding existing solutions and legacy code.
• Experience in the field of web analytics.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps and DataOps practices.
• Experience in migration projects and agile working methods (e.g., Scrum).
