In this position, you will be part of the corporate IT & Digitalization department responsible for the operational support of Purchase-to-Pay applications. You can work full remote if requested.
operational support and functional development of the group-wide P2P applications ( application customizing, solution monitoring, error solving, yearly patching)
cooperation with external service providers
ITSM support of key users (Incident & Change Management)
key User training
collaboration in international projects and roll-outs of the P2P applications
Qquality assurance: system testing and maintenance of documentation
SAP R/3 knowledge is required (customizing, testing, patching, quality assurance)
at least 2+ years of working experience on a similar position
Interest in combining business management understanding and technical know-how
very good English skills and excellent communication skills
strong service and customer orientation
full remote work and possibility to travel (10 %)
working on challenging projects, development Teams, agile environment
