Requirements:

● At least 8 years of experience in backend technologies like Java stack/Node

JS/Databases

● At least 4 years of experience in Blockchain technology as a developer and technical

lead

● Very good working / hands-on knowledge of Blockchain frameworks Ethereum,

Quorum and Hyperledger Fabric

● Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks

● Experience with message brokers such as Kafka/RabbitMQ

● Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases

● Working experience with integrations such as REST API/GRPC/SOAP etc.

● Knowledge of JWT or other authentication techniques

● Keeping up with current blockchain technologies and cryptography methods.

● Experience working with integration of legacy systems

● Adequate networking and security knowledge

● Cloud based deployments and experience working with cloud features

Nice to have:

● Experience with various PaaS solutions offered by cloud platforms such as Azure,

GCP etc.

● Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Fortify,

Ansible

● Blockchain certifications

Other necessary skills: 

● Presentation skills and experience with presenting Blockchain based architectures

and solutions

● Senior stakeholder management experience
