
ITSM Specialist
ITSM Specialist main responsibilities are related to maintenance and improvement of ITSM tools: Elixir (the company's ITSM tool based on TopDesk SaaS solution) and JIRA as well as designing, mapping, and codification of operational/business processes.
This position reports to the Head of Information Security and Data Privacy.
Description:
Support clients for requests and incidents in regard to ITSM tools
Participate on setting up and optimizing IT processes based on ITIL standards (release / incident / problem / change management)
Maintain and configure ITSM tools (design and develop workflows, optimize existing workflows, apply best practices)
Set up ITSM tools based on IT processes
Create technical documentation
Suggest user trainings
Maintain ITSM tools aligned with the Service catalogue
Extract KPI reports from ITSM tools
Requirements:
Enthusiasm for IT consulting and support
Practical experience with service delivery and support
Practical experience with ticket management
Interest in ITSM tools administration
Ability to deliver tasks within time and budget
Be proactive and suggest relevant solutions
English proficiency
Work permit in the Czech Republic
