About the role:

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager, who will be flexible in driving
software development of multiple products for Company Supply Chain (DSC) business.

Your work:

● Leading core product delivery team (SmartOperations Platform)
● Manage product delivery and dependencies with SmartOperations Application team
● Manage stakeholder relationship and expectation
● Establishes timely and regular project communication with project stakeholders
● Develops detailed project plans, project schedules, project estimates, resource plans,
status reports and communication plan
● Manages and controls project scope, risks and issues
● Delivers project management documentation (on Confluence)
● Utilizes project management best practices, process and methodology
● Drives the project KPI Achievement (defect density, successful changes, project
feedbacks and more)
● Accountable of the overall success (including quality and security compliance) of all
projects in the portfolio

Requirements:

● Proficiencies in project management (at least 8 years in project management
experience) in software development and IT related projects
● Proven ability to lead and manage a specialist-based, high-performing and
multicultural team
● Proficient in customer relationship and negotiation skills
● People leadership capability to drive and motivate staff to meet project deliverables
● Strong leadership skills in project process and strategic approach
● Proficient in preparation of project plans with appropriate budget and resource
requirements
● Customer-oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on excellence
and high quality project delivery
● Prince 2 or MSP certification
● Experience in Agile delivery will be an advantage
● Experience in ITS Process will be an advantage
● Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
