Deliver approved changes as per Deployment and Country Project plan, under overall project

management from the Regional Deployment Managers:

● Perform standard global deployment tasks for each country:

● Produce the IT Integration Landscape for assigned countries, with the target to identify specific

local integration needs

● Install and configure on time and quality the global interfaces on each required environment

(QA/PREPROD/PROD)

● Ensure timely coordination of installation tasks between the various interface stakeholders

● Contribute to the Hypercare phase by attending hypercare calls and ensuring localization and

integration post-production issues are assigned and worked out in a timely manner by the

responsible suppliers

● Perform localization tasks for each country:

● Participate in functional and integration requirement gathering as IT specialist reviewer for

integration and localization areas

● Under the lead of Localization and integration work stream Lead and Application Management

team, coordinate with suppliers the provision of estimates (in time, effort, and the translation of

business requirements into a high level proposed solution) of the approved requirements, for the

owner to later support the change in the approval board

● Coordinate with suppliers the technical delivery of the approved changes from solution design,

through coding and configuration, up to final testing (SIT), where the change is ready for the next

phase (UAT)

● Participate in the defect resolution cycles, especially during UAT, under coordination of the Test

Management team with the help of the Test Management application (HP. Ensure integration or

localization defects are assigned and worked out in a timely manner by the responsible suppliers

● Ensure the timely and qualitative delivery of the implemented changes across the environments

(QA/PREPROD/PROD) in accordance with Release Management plans

● Ensure other teams are kept updated:

● Participate on the various workstream calls and be ready to provide update

● Ensure the business requirement and task management repository (RTC) is kept up to date

Be a key team member of the Integration and Localization Team, under direction of the team lead:

● Understand the overall global integration landscape

● Contribute to various interface mapping required during the country implementation lifecycle

● Participate in the team’s initiatives to improve or simplify the interface flow, or the automation of

interface setup
