
ServiceNow Consultant
Your main scope of work is:
Work on international projects such service portals, service desks, monitoring solutions, etc.
Communication with our clients and their consulting/support within end to end solution
Design, implement and integrate solutions e.g. ServiceNow for various areas such as ITSM, HR, Security, ITOM, CSM
Use platforms best practises for configuration and customisation
Experience to work in Agile methodology – developing stories, attending stand-ups, etc.
Set and optimize IT processes based on ITIL standards (release / incident / problem / change management)
Create a technical documentation as well as support of internal projects and teams
Qualifications:
ServiceNow development experience or IT consulting experience with similar platform
Experience with ITSM, PPM, HR solutions such as BMC HP/Microfocus, IBM, etc. is an advantage
Knowledge of scripting or programming language preferably JavaScript
Previous participation in integrations is an advantage
Outstanding communication and presentation skills is a must
Analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities and stakeholder engagement
IT education or considerable years of professional working experience
Advanced English, German or French is an advantage
