
Solution Support Specialist
Task description:
● Following the Global Implementation Blueprint Template, working as part of the BUIT
team.
● Configuration of each S21 implementation / upgrade across multiple regions and entities,
needs are met whilst using full understanding of the DGF COA, Finance and reporting
processes.
● Configuration in S21 of reused or new localizations / integrations, collaborating with the
solution design team.
● Collaborating with the Regional Deployment Managers on Project Plans, cutover tasks,
dry runs and Go Live activities. Supporting the business throughout these Cycles.
● Collaborate with Process and Solution lead to ensure product and process quality.
● Communicate & Collaborate with teams such as ITS, Localization Team or Solution
Architects to ensure deployments are executed to plan.
● Ensure that deliverables meet documented requirements, are high quality, and are
completed on schedule or early.
● Operate effectively in a high change environment.
● Meet aggressive deadlines and provide quick but efficient turnaround.
Proficiency - Technology: Expert
Other skills:
● Full understanding of the S21 Finance Modules and Database versions 3.1 and 2.2.
● Knowledge of Infor Product - Doc Connect.
● Ability to execute complex SQL /Queries/SFTP for reporting and extract purposes.
● Knowledge of DGF business applications with overview of existing integration
● Fluent in English
