Aufgaben:

• Drive structural and operational improvements across a multi-team agile environment to enhance overall performance and delivery outcomes
• Design and evolve organizational frameworks, including clear governance, accountability models, and decision processes
• Detect cross-team inefficiencies, dependencies, and systemic issues, and implement pragmatic solutions to resolve them
• Enable more effective planning, prioritization, and execution by structuring complex initiatives into manageable deliverables
• Strengthen end-to-end accountability and promote a results-driven culture focused on tangible business impact

Qualifikationen:

• Extensive experience in organizational transformation, agile environments, or enterprise change initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to shape and optimize operating models and organizational setups in complex structures
• Strong understanding of modern collaboration models across product, platform, or cross-functional teams
• Experience working in highly structured or regulated industries with large IT landscapes is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive execution
