Role Description

Work Model: Hybrid (2or3 days / Week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages the end-to-end project planning and implementation, including business requirements gathering, 3rd party onboarding, product design, IT development and delivery, training and communication, local business processes, business market delivery.

• Tracking project milestones and progress against plan, support organization reporting processes, flag issues and risks for efficient escalation, resolution or mitigation

• Tracking run-the-business key performance indicators, support the business value capture process and collaborate on issue resolutions with the DevOps teams

• Central coordination between local / regional business teams, external partners and Product Security & Visibility team members

• Supports the Product Owner and Process Steward to manage the backlog and guide the team with respect to priorities and scope.

• Internal and external stakeholder management to support project implementation, facilitates and leads market steering team meetings

• Implements appropriate Ways of Working that allow for efficient delivery of complex projects, develops best practices to allow standardized project implementation across markets, coach team members in adopting standard WoW

Required capabilities & qualifications:

• Open mind and willingness to learn

• Deep knowledge of Agile Project Management and Delivery methodology, preferably certified

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management

• 5+ Years of demonstrated experience in the one or more of the following fields: Product Management, Project Management, Product Delivery in highly regulated industry, Supply Chain Management

• Preferably knowledge and experience in developing and implementing technology-based business solutions

• Strong skills in project management, continuous improvement, process mapping, and business process documentation.

• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Candidate must be highly motivated and able to communicate effectively across global boundaries and with a variety of functional areas and levels in the organization.

• Strong oral and written English communication skills with a proven ability to organize complex information in a concise and compelling manner.
