We are seeking an experienced Agile Lead to drive backlog ownership, delivery enablement, and cross-team collaboration within a scaled agile environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can blend agile coaching with hands-on delivery support, while leveraging AI tools to enhance transparency, predictability, and team health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backlog Ownership & Delivery Enablement
  • Own and manage team backlogs, ensuring work is well-clarified, refined, and prioritized.
  • Identify and escalate blockers and delivery risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support teams in achieving predictable delivery outcomes.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Execution
  • Drive the adoption and operation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Actively participate in scaled ceremonies and coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Ensure alignment with portfolio, program, and product objectives.
• AI-Augmented Leadership
  • Utilize AI Agile Agents to monitor team health, track backlog flow, and surface delivery risks.
  • Apply data-driven insights to support scalability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Team Communication & Collaboration
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, product managers, engineering leads, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency, alignment, and shared ownership of outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement & Adaptive Leadership
  • Lead retrospectives and foster a culture of learning, adaptability, and innovation.
  • Promote agile maturity, continuous improvement, and alignment with organizational strategy and APEX’s goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Agile Lead, Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or similar leadership role in an agile/SAFe environment.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with AI-powered tools or agile metrics platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and foster high-performing teams.
