Responsibilities

• Design/implement/optimize autonomous AI agents using Databricks and the clients own AI Hub
• Develop structured agent execution flows (goal definition, step evaluation, skill selection, iterative improvement of agent behavior)
• Create and refine prompts, behavioral rules and system configurations to ensure consistent outputs
• Collaborate with Backend- & Data Engineers to integrate skills into agent workflows, ensuring agents can effectively interact with data products and external systems
• Leverage evaluation frameworks (e.g. MLflow, LLM Judge) to measure and improve agent performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Work as part of a shared backlog team to ensure end-to-end success of the AI platform and use cases
