Occupancy: Full-time

Location : Vienna, 3 days a week on-site / rest remotely

Duration: 6 months

Tasks:

• Migration of existing microservices to Java Spring Boot
• Further development and modernization of backend systems
• Working on stable, high-performance backend/processing systems
• Collaboration with developers, analysts and testers
• Handover of the migrated components including documentation
• Support for ongoing operations after handover
• Participation in agile processes (Scrum or Kanban, meetings, retrospectives)
• Collaboration in an international and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with REST interfaces
• Knowledge of .NET Core is an advantage.
• Experience in backend development
• Practical experience in agile software development (Scrum/Kanban)
• Technical training (e.g., computer science) or comparable professional experience
• German and English skills required
• Experience in distributed systems / microservices is an advantage.
