Role Description


As part of the Order to Cash Product you will work closely with Product Managers, Global Process Owners, and business stakeholders to understand needs,translate insights into actionable product requirements, and contribute to a value-driven product roadmap. You will also support major initiatives, including eInvoicing, digital automation, and continuous improvements within the OTC domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Engagement & Process Leadership

  • Coordinate and align with business stakeholders to manage specific OTC process areas (e.g., Billing, eInvoicing, Credit Management).
  • Lead small projects or act as a subject matter expert (SME) for OTC processes.
  • Apply structured methodologies to document business processes, user needs, ROI, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Create opportunity statements and use cases to support solution design and prioritization.

Analysis & Documentation

  • Document business processes and user needs as problem statements to maintain a clear and actionable product backlog.
  • Develop deep expertise in OTC processes, systems, and data flows.
  • Translate insights into product features and enhancements that deliver measurable business value.

Product & Delivery Alignment

  • Utilize existing IT solutions, platforms, and communities to maximize value for stakeholders.
  • Apply product model principles to prioritize, design, and deliver high‑impact solutions.
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to define and evolve the OTC product roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with the SAP Platform Delivery Team for design, testing, hypercare, and ongoing support.

Agile Delivery & Backlog Management

  • Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog of epics, features, and user stories aligned with roadmap objectives.
  • Work cross‑functionally with IT delivery teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across process, technology, and user experience dimensions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile and/or Product Management certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Product Owner).
  • Prior experience with end‑to‑end Order to Cash business processes.
  • Experience working in globally distributed or offshore/onshore implementation environments.
  • Experience as an Agile Scrum Master is a plus.
  • Background in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries, ideally with SAP ECC or S/4HANA exposure.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Invoicing standards such as Peppol Exchange.

Experience collaborating with outsourced support partners for system and business services.
