Project tasks:

• Analyze and implement technical requirements within the Calypso platform
• Develop and maintain solutions using Java and the Calypso framework
• Design, analyze, and optimize Calypso workflows, engines, and scheduled tasks
• Support engineering and optimization of batch processes and operational jobs
• Analyze and implement integrations using the Calypso integration framework
• Support interface implementation and maintenance (e.g., MarkitWire)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements
• Support data mapping, testing, and technical troubleshooting activities
• Contribute to configuration and release management processes
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Calypso (versions 14–18)
• Strong Java development experience and deep understanding of the Calypso Java framework
• Technical expertise in Calypso architecture, including workflows, engines, scheduled tasks, and interfaces (e.g., MarkitWire)
• Experience engineering and optimizing Calypso batch processes and scheduled tasks
• Strong knowledge of the Calypso integration framework
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
• Knowledge of configuration management practices (e.g., SVN)
• Good understanding of front-to-back treasury processes across FX, MM, OTC & ET derivatives, REPO, and Securities Lending
• In-depth knowledge of Calypso release management processes
• Experience in business analysis activities, including process modelling, data mapping, testing, interfaces, and reporting
