Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field) AND a minimum of 4 years of related technical experience.
• OR No degree and a minimum of 8 years of equivalent, related technical experience in data engineering or cloud analytics.

Required Technical Skills:

• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem, specifically S3, AWS Glue, and Athena.
• Query & Big Data Engines: High proficiency in SQL and experience with distributed query engines like Trino/Presto or Databricks.
• Programming: Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, Scala, or PySpark for data transformation.
• Integration Knowledge: Understanding of integrating data from ERP and laboratory systems (e.g., SAP, GLIMS, Veeva).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience operating within an Agile framework and utilizing CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with GxP regulations and data integrity guidelines within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Previous work with SAP ERP
