Technical Skills

• Strong experience in EAM data migration, covering SAP PM/S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, or Oracle EAM.
• Hands-on expertise with DSP, SAP BODS, SQL, ETL pipelines, or similar data migration tools.
• Strong understanding of Asset Master Data, Maintenance Master Data, Work Management, Inventory, and Materials.
• Experience handling multi-cycle migrations, mock/rehearsal loads, data validation, and production cutover.
• Strong SQL skills for data profiling, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, and migration.

Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of EAM processes including Asset Lifecycle, Preventive Maintenance, Work Order Lifecycle, Scheduling & Dispatch, and Inventory & Parts Management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data migration rules, mappings, and transformation logic.
• Experience with fit-gap analysis, data quality assessment, and global/template rollouts.
• Ability to lead migration activities and coordinate with business, functional, technical, and data teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in EAM/ERP transformation and data migration programs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM, Hexagon EAM, Oracle EBS, or IBM Maximo migrations.
• Prior experience leading end-to-end migration workstreams within large-scale transformation programs.
• Relevant certifications in SAP PM/EAM, Oracle, or data migration tools are preferred but not mandatory
