• Product Enablement Engineer with experience building and delivering training, demos, and documentation for AI/ML platforms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communicator and presenter, comfortable running workshops and stakeholder enablement sessions.
• Hands-on with collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Confluence) and Power Platform / Power Tools for workflow management.
• Experience identifying and implementing process automation (Power Automate, scripting or low-code solutions) to reduce manual work.
• Basic familiarity or strong interest in AI/ML concepts, quick learner, and able to provide troubleshooting/support for product setup.
