We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to support the modernization of client’s fleet management platform, with an immediate focus on its large and complex Supply Chain domain.
The engineer will work in a co-delivery model alongside client’s engineering teams. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with .NET/C# and Azure, combined with solid React expertise. The candidate must also demonstrate practical use of AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET/C#, React.
· Build and integrate backend services and APIs using .NET/C#.
· Take ownership of frontend development using React.
· Contribute to the modernization and modular decomposition of a large enterprise platform.
· Work with traditional React single-page applications and modular frontend architectures.
· Develop data-access components using Entity Framework and Dapper.
· Work with Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
· Collaborate directly with client engineers in a co-delivery environment.
· Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint delivery, technical design, code reviews, and testing.
· Use AI development tools to accelerate design, coding, refactoring, debugging, testing, and documentation.
· Validate AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, security, and alignment with engineering standards.
Required Skills
· Strong .NET and C# development experience.
· Strong, hands-on React experience.
· Significant full-stack software engineering experience.
· Experience with microfrontend architectures.
· Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
· Experience building enterprise-grade React single-page applications.
· Experience with Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
· Experience with Entity Framework and Dapper.
· Experience designing and consuming APIs.
· Experience modernizing or decomposing large enterprise applications.
· Strong understanding of software design, testing, code quality, and maintainability.
· Experience working in agile engineering teams.
· Strong communication and client collaboration skills.
AI-Fluent Engineering Requirement
The candidate must demonstrate practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools, such as:
· Cursor
· Claude Code
· GitHub Copilot or equivalent tools
The candidate should be able to explain how these tools have been used to accelerate:
· Technical and application design
· Code generation
· Refactoring
· Unit and integration test creation
· Debugging
· Code review
· Documentation
· Understanding existing codebases
The candidate does not need to be an AI or machine-learning engineer, but must demonstrate how AI is integrated into their regular software development workflow.
Preferred Experience
· Supply chain, fleet management, logistics, or operational platform experience.
· Modernization of large monolithic systems.
· Domain-driven or modular application architecture.
· Experience working with distributed US and offshore engineering teams.
· Experience supporting clients in the early stages of AI-assisted SDLC adoption.
