Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of scalable backend systems using Python
• Design and implementation of RESTful APIs
• Building real-time communication solutions (e.g. WebSockets)
• Integration of AI services and data platforms
• Development of machine learning workflows and generative AI solutions (RAG, Agentic AI)
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, AI)
• Conducting code reviews and testing
• Implementation and optimization of CI/CD processes
• Contributing to frontend topics (React, in coordination with the team)

Qualifications:

• Strong Python skills (including OOP and asynchronous programming)
• Experience in backend and API development
• Knowledge of FastAPI, asyncio, aiohttp, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins)
• Cloud expertise, ideally Azure (including Azure Entra ID)
• Experience with AI/ML, particularly LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI
• Knowledge of Databricks and Vector Search is a plus
• Experience with authentication and security (OAuth2)
• Basic knowledge of React
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
