Who We Are
Role Description
Project Description
- Collaboration on the organization’s global logistics ecosystem, where dozens of internal and partner applications are interconnected to accelerate data flow in business-critical processes
- Role of Senior Architect in a smaller DevOps team; translating business requirements into technical reality and maintaining architectural direction across domains
- Designing solution architecture and design, including monolith, SOA / EDA, and microservices patterns
- Data modeling: conceptual, logical, and physical data layers, data governance, and data quality
- Selecting integration approaches and technologies, designing interfaces and contracts, designing and managing APIs
- Technical leadership of integrations on platforms such as IBM MQ, MuleSoft, Apache Kafka
- Technical oversight of development in Java and over relational and modern NoSQL databases
- Implementation of standards, security and operational practices, automation, and observability
- End-to-end responsibility for the outcome: from estimation and high-level design to architectural review and transition into production
- Supporting bimodal delivery (bimodal strategy): stable core vs. fast experiments, balancing speed and risk
- Collaboration with PO, BA, development, infrastructure, and security; facilitating decisions and mitigating technical debt
- Long-term cooperation in Prague, onsite 2 days per week, rest remote
