Project tasks:

• Provide operational support for Intune-managed Windows 11 endpoints in a large-scale environment (>1,200 devices)
• Maintain and enhance Intune policies, configuration profiles, and device settings
• Develop, test, and deploy remediation scripts to resolve recurring issues
• Package, deploy, and maintain applications and updates via Intune
• Support rollout and management of device drivers across endpoints
• Execute structured, staged rollouts (test, showroom, pilot, production)
• Perform functional testing and validation in each rollout stage
• Analyze and assess impact of configuration and policy changes
• Document configurations, test results, changes, and known issues
• Identify and implement automation to reduce manual operational effort

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Proven background in managing Windows 11 devices in enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of Intune policies, profiles, compliance, and device configuration
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation practices
• Experience with application packaging, deployment, and update management
• Knowledge of driver deployment and endpoint lifecycle management
• Familiarity with structured rollout processes and multi-environment testing
• Understanding of IT security requirements and stable operations practices
• Experience with centralized device setups (e.g., digital signage, kiosk systems)
• Fluency in English and/or German; Android Enterprise knowledge is beneficial
