Background:

• Support in the area of leasing -  transformation of banking services into digital processes.
• The goal is the technical analysis and implementation of business requirements within an agile environment
• The focus is on the role of IT Analyst, covering requirements engineering, solution design, and acting as an interface between IT and business.

Tasks:

• Taking on the role of IT Analyst in a banking environment
• Analysis of business and technical requirements together with business stakeholders
• Translation of business requirements into technical concepts and specifications
• Definition and documentation of technical software requirement specifications
• Contribution to solution design with regard to architecture, operations, and future business needs
• Design and alignment of REST APIs and business workflows
• Ensuring a shared understanding between business and IT
• Close collaboration with software engineers, data analysts, and product owners
• Active participation in agile delivery setups (Scrum or Kanban), including refinements and retrospectives
• Jira-based ticket and task management

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience as an IT Analyst or Requirements Engineer
• Strong technical understanding of modern software architectures and development processes
• Experience with agile software delivery methods (Scrum / Kanban)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good communication skills
• Very good English skills
• A technical degree is an advantage
