Tasks:

• Management and coordination of IT projects and initiatives (end-to-end)
• Establishing and ensuring comprehensive project governance
• Coordination with Delivery Management, Product Owners, Stakeholders and Development Teams
• Planning scope, timelines, milestones and dependencies
• Implementation and support of project and quarterly planning
• Monitoring of progress, risks, issues and deviations
• Identification and mitigation of risks and bottlenecks
• Creation of status reports and management updates
• Processing complex content into clear, understandable reports
• Moderation of meetings and stakeholder alignments
• Ensuring transparency and an end-to-end project view
• Continuous optimization of project and delivery processes

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Experience in banking or complex enterprise environments
• Strong skills in project planning, management and delivery
• Experience in stakeholder management at management level
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to present complex topics in an understandable way
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
• Experience with software development processes
• Knowledge of PMBOK / PMI standards is an advantage.
• Experience in agile or hybrid working models
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• German language skills required
• Experience in cross-functional teams and large organizations
