Project Description

The project “Development & Legal Changes for Responsible Design and Production (RDP)” covers maintenance and legal changes related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and Plastic Taxes (PT).

The goal is to provide end-to-end development cycle support for RDP EPR and PT maintenance and legal change requirements. A local consultant with strong Java expertise is preferred.

Scope of Task

• Requirements analysis for RDP EPR & PT maintenance and legal changes
• Creation of Solution Design Documents (SDD)
• Development of solutions for RDP EPR & PT topics
• Support of testing activities and implementation of corrections
• Ensuring ongoing solution maintenance

Skillset

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, lifecycle management, requirements & gap analysis, and solution design
• Extensive experience in Java Spring Boot development and SAP HANA SQLScript
• Proficiency with tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, IntelliJ IDEA
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) is a plus
• Strong expertise in RDP & SAP SD/MM processes
• Familiarity with SAP internal standards, tools, and processes
• LEAN mindset and Scrum/Agile experience
