As we grow, we are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to join our Prague team and help us scale.

Your Role

As a Junior Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to identify, engage, and support highly skilled IT professionals throughout the recruitment cycle. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop expertise in IT recruitment while working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for technical roles (software engineers, data experts, cloud specialists, etc.) via LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal database.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess their technical skills, availability, rates, and project preferences.
• Support with writing and publishing job descriptions in English.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our recruitment system.
• Schedule interviews and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to align candidate profiles with client requirements.
• Contribute to building a strong candidate network across Europe.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is an advantage but not required.
• Strong interest in IT, technology, and recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written); Czech is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
