Responsibilities

· Support configuration of Benchling applications according to business requirements.

· Collaborate with Benchling professional services and internal SMEs.

· Translate business requirements and processes into system configurations and workflows.

· Analyze and document data flow between Benchling and connected enterprise systems.

· Document, configurations, workflows, and solution designs.

· Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), and defect resolution.

· Participate in knowledge transfer activities with Benchling professional services to establish long-term operations and support model.

· Assist with training materials and user onboarding activities.

· Support deployment, hypercare, and transition activities.

Required Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Application Analyst.

· Hands-on experience configuring scientific workflows within the Benchling platform.

· Experience supporting SaaS platform implementations.

· Experience creating data mapping and interface specifications.

· Strong background implementing user requirements into technical designs and implementing those designs into scalable, robust solutions.

· Hands-on experience with the Benchling Developer Platform, including Benchling Public APIs, Events Framework, and integration patterns.

· Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work independently within a global team environment.
