Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Product Owner who combines Business Analyst and Product Steward capabilities. This role sits at the product layer between Product Management, Engineering (GES ISE), and OEM partners, ensuring standardization, data integrity, and knowledge continuity across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product asset standardization including Product Footprints, data semantics, and use-case standardization across the product lifecycle
• Drive requirements standardization and data stewardship
• Act as the bridge between Product Manager/Product Owner, Engineering (GES ISE), and OEM partners
• Build and maintain community practices including Confluence management, SharePoint management, and creation of Product Guides and Knowledge Books

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in IT-OT integration
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Automation stack
• Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation stack
• Experience with building automation stack (Siemens Desigo CC)
