Senior Analyst with 5years Experience

We are seeking an experienced Werum PAS-X MES L2 Support & Integration Specialist to support and enhance MES operations in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in PAS-X administration, MBR/EBR lifecycle management, SAP PP-PI integration, incident troubleshooting, validation, and production support. The role involves providing L2 support, ensuring seamless MES-ERP integrations, driving continuous improvements, and collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams.

• Provide Level-2 support for Werum PAS-X MES applications across manufacturing and packaging operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MES incidents, execution issues, interface failures, and production support tickets within agreed SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with L3, vendors, and business stakeholders for complex issues.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, roles, permissions, and MES administration activities.
• MES Integration knowledge is  must.
