Role Description
Role Summary
Lead the development of enterprise Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity standards, reference architectures, and security guidelines aligned with recognized industry frameworks. Act as the primary consultant responsible for defining security principles, network segmentation requirements, secure integration patterns, and governance standards for OT environments.
Required Qualifications
12+ years of cybersecurity experience.
7+ years of OT/ICS cybersecurity experience.

- IEC 62443
- NIST SP 800-82
- Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
- Manufacturing Cybersecurity
- OT Risk Assessments
- Security Governance
- Purdue Model
- Industrial DMZ architectures
- Network Segmentation
- Firewall Security Architecture
- Identity & Access Management
- OT Incident Response
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops across IT, OT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Cybersecurity teams.
- Define OT cybersecurity strategy, architecture principles, and governance frameworks.
- Develop Security Zones & Conduits methodologies aligned with IEC 62443.
- Define Defense-in-Depth (Onion Model) security architecture.
- Establish OT network segmentation and firewall architecture standards.
- Define secure connectivity requirements between OT, Enterprise, and Cloud environments.
- Develop OT identity, access management, and privileged access control requirements.
- Establish cybersecurity requirements for vulnerability management and incident response.
- Ensure alignment with industry regulations, corporate standards, and data protection requirements.
- Lead technical reviews, governance forums, and document sign-off activities.
