We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team and support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of our digital products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business analysis, understands how web-based products work, and can translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Experience with CMS platforms and an interest in leveraging AI for efficiency are strong advantages.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create clear, structured documentation including:

• Business requirements
• Functional specifications
• User stories and process flows

• Support product development by ensuring requirements are well understood and traceable
• Work with web-based products and content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress
• Ensure a high level of accuracy and consistency across all documentation
• Assist in defining, tracking, and evaluating product KPIs (where applicable)
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows, including through automation and AI-driven tools

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, product analysis, or a similar role
• Strong experience writing business requirements and documentation
• Basic understanding of how the web works (front-end, content, user flows)
• Experience with CMS platforms; WordPress experience is highly preferred
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have / Advantage

• Ability to work with and automate tasks using AI or AI-assisted tools
• Experience defining, managing, or reporting on KPIs and performance metrics
• Familiarity with other CMSs or digital platforms beyond WordPress
