Customer is seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass resource to provide functional product ownership and hands-on business analysis across a continuously evolving Fieldglass landscape. The scope includes Contingent Workforce (CW) and Services Procurement (SOW), ongoing enhancements, and a growing sustainment backlog. The solution integrates downstream into SAP Ariba and SAP ECC, so the role requires end-to-end awareness of impacts across the broader procure-to-pay flow.

This is a functional, execution-oriented role: owning demand, shaping requirements, and driving clarity in an environment where priorities shift frequently.

- Own and maintain the Fieldglass backlog across CW, SOW, enhancements, and sustainment; continuously refine and reprioritize with stakeholders

- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional analysis for new demand and sustainment items

- Produce high-quality functional documentation (as-is/to-be flows, requirements, acceptance criteria) that enables efficient downstream build and test

- Ensure requirements and decisions account for integration impacts into Ariba and ECC

- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Tax, IT and delivery teams to drive alignment and resolution of functional questions

- Support testing cycles through requirement clarification, validation of expected behavior, and defect triage support where needed

- 7+ years working with SAP Fieldglass in a functional / product / business analysis capacity

- Strong knowledge of CW and/or SOW processes and the related procurement operating model

- Demonstrated strength in process design, requirements elicitation, and structured documentation

- Solid understanding of the end-to-end downstream flow into SAP Ariba and SAP ECC (integration awareness and impact thinking)

- Clear, reliable communicator
