Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field) OR at least 4 years of equivalent, related technical/projectcoordination experience.

Required Skills:

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools and collaboration software (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior project management or coordinator experience within the pharmaceutical, clinical research, or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with industry-specific platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
