Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously refine the overall delivery roadmap in Jira, ensuring transparency of milestones, dependencies, and progress across all involved workstreams
• Coordinate prioritization activities by facilitating structured backlog refinement sessions and applying objective prioritization criteria to keep teams aligned with business goals
• Track progress against key deliverables, identify deviations early, and provide clear, data-driven status updates to stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery
• Identify, document, and escalate delivery risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies, enabling timely mitigation and maintaining delivery stability
• Prepare and facilitate cross-team discussions, ensuring effective decision-making, alignment on priorities, and seamless collaboration between business and other stakeholders
• Document key decisions, follow up on action items across workstreams, and ensure adherence to agreed delivery processes and responsibilities
• Enhance Jira workflows and automation rules to improve reporting accuracy, streamline work processes, and support efficient ways of working across teams
  

Profile

• Solid experience working in agile delivery environments, supporting cross-functional teams and applying Scrum or Kanban practices effectively
• Experience working in large corporate environments or regulated industries
• Solid understanding of agile principles, backlog refinement techniques, and prioritization frameworks, including practical experience using Jira for planning and tracking
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure clear communication and alignment across workstreams
• Proven capability to identify impediments, risks, and dependencies early and support cross-team resolution efforts
• Strong documentation and organizational skills, with the ability to track decisions, follow up on action items, and maintain structured delivery processes
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, adapting delivery approaches as needed, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
