Responsibilities:

Development and operation of a central reporting and billing solution along the entire data process from data acquisition to results delivery.

Integration and automated import of data from different sources and formats

Ensuring data quality through validation, plausibility and consistency checks

Consolidation, calculation and enrichment of data as well as implementation of complex business rules

Establishment of a transparent and audit-proof data storage system with complete traceability of all processing steps.

Automated creation of KPIs, reports and management analyses for operational areas, steering committees and executives

Further development of reporting and analysis functions, so that new KPIs and reports can be created with minimal development effort.

Implementation and optimization of automated billing and calculation processes

Migration of existing calculation logics from an Access database to a modern target architecture

Creation of solution, architecture and automation concepts including data flows, migration, testing, rollout as well as operational and support concepts.

Conducting training courses and knowledge transfer for specialist departments and users

Close collaboration with business stakeholders to enable independent maintenance of reports, KPIs and business rules by the specialist departments.

Qualifications:

Several years of experience in data management, reporting and business intelligence

Excellent knowledge of the design and implementation of data integration and automation solutions.

Experience with Microsoft technologies, especially Microsoft Access, Power BI and modern Microsoft data platforms

Solid expertise in data processing, data quality, data validation and KPI management

Experience in migrating and modernizing existing applications and databases

Knowledge of system and solution architectures as well as the development of scalable applications

Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) concepts, audit trails, and change tracking.

Understanding of billing, reporting and business processes

Experience in defining and implementing business rules and automated calculation logics

Knowledge in the field of AI and automation solutions for optimizing business processes

Experience in creating technical concepts, documentation, and test and rollout strategies.
