About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join a fast-moving team building a production-grade, AI-native platform.
In this role, you will focus on:
- Designing system architecture and orchestration for AI-driven services
- Building agentic pipelines and MCP servers
- Integrating LLMs with backend infrastructure
- Ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability across systems

Requirements:
Must-Have
- Strong ability to perform under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
- Proven experience designing scalable, highly concurrent backend systems
- Deep understanding of distributed task queues and resilient API design
- Strong Python expertise:
- async/await
- type annotations
- Pydantic
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI in production environments
- Advanced experience with Celery:
- Distributed task queues
- Background workers
- Worker scaling strategies (Redis / RabbitMQ)
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL
- Experience with Azure deployments and containerization using Docker
- Ability to optimize deployments to fully utilize available compute resources
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Datadog (monitoring & observability)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Exposure to AI tooling integrations (backend support for AI-driven features)

- Location: Fully remote
- Occasional in-person team sessions (approx. once per quarter, likely in Prague)
- Working Hours:
- Required overlap: 14:00 – 18:00 CET
- Preferred overlap: 14:00 – 19:00 CET
