- Work on structured regression and acceptance testing for a multi-country conversational AI product
- Plan and execute UI testing across web and mobile, including layout, interactions, and visual correctness
- Conduct manual and exploratory testing of AI-driven conversational flows (multi-turn behaviour, routing, fallbacks, quick replies, response correctness)
- Validate conversational behaviour across stateful, backend-connected flows
- Plan, execute, and maintain regression and acceptance test cycles across web, mobile, admin, and backend layers
- Write, maintain, and execute automated tests for web and mobile, including end-to-end and end-to-mock scenarios
- Apply and maintain mocking strategies to support testability of backend-dependent flows
- File detailed defect reports including environment context, conversation identifiers, reproduction steps, and evidence
- Contribute to AI evaluation workflows, including reviewing test traces and evaluation outputs
- Provide evidence-based QA sign-off in release-cycle-driven UAT and QA processes
Qualifications:
- Experience in software testing with both manual and automated testing
- Strong web test automation skills using Cypress or equivalent frameworks
- Experience with mobile test automation using Appium or comparable frameworks
- Experience working in structured, ticket-driven environments with formal UAT and QA sign-off
- Solid understanding of end-to-end and end-to-mock testing and mocking concepts
- Ability to read and contribute to test harness code in JavaScript, Python, or Kotlin
- Familiarity with financial services / banking environments
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID II, PSD2, GDPR, EU AI Act) and their impact on testing
- Clear communicator, comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and flagging blockers early
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude) to support testing workflows is an advantage, as well as familiarity with Databricks or MLflow
