- Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years’ experience building and deploying ML and generative AI solutions in production.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks, Python (or R), and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Proven MLOps skills: CI/CD for models, versioning, monitoring, and production-ready pipeline design.
- Experience developing reusable AI services (recommendation engines, personalization) and scalable data engineering pipelines.
- Excellent communicator able to translate business needs, mentor junior staff, and work across cross-functional/global teams..
