Role Description
Responsibilities
- Development of an AI-based agent for a standalone desktop application to support field technicians
- Implementation of the solution in three development phases
- Phase 1: Automated response to technical questions by the AI agent based on existing Customer data
- Phase 2: Involvement of another technician if the AI agent cannot provide a sufficient answer
- Phase 3: Creation of a troubleshooting ticket, involving multiple resources to resolve the issue
- Full-stack development in a .NET environment on the Azure data platform
- Working within an agile setup (no traditional waterfall model)
- Close coordination with the Product Owner and QA engineers
Profile
- Experience in software development
- Experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer
- In-depth knowledge of database technologies on the Azure platform
- Experience in developing complex desktop applications
- Proficient in working with agile development methodologies
- Very good English skills
- Experience in developing AI-based or knowledge-based assistance systems
- Experience working in international project teams
