Responsibilities

• Develop structured project plans, monitor progress, and address emerging issues with timely corrective actions
• Oversee financial aspects of the project, ensuring responsible budget management and cost control
• Ensure the project meets its defined objectives, including scope, quality, timelines and expected outcomes
• Maintain strategic alignment and overall coherence of the project
• Provide expert input to guide the design and purpose of key project deliverables
• Establish transparent communication channels with all stakeholders to support collaboration and clarity
• Identify and manage dependencies with other projects, working closely with fellow project managers
• Perform risk assessments and prepare mitigation measures to protect project success
• Deliver regular, clear, and proactive status updates to stakeholders and sponsors
• Ensure compliance with internal project governance standards and methodologies

Profile

• Hands-on experience leading complex IT projects from start to finish, demonstrating strong independence and ownership
• Solid understanding of modern project management methodologies, supported by relevant certifications
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Confident leadership skills with a proven ability to guide, support, and motivate cross-functional teams
• Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating contributions from diverse partners
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with major enterprise platforms and business systems is considered advantageous
• SAP & Salesforce Know How is an advantage
