· Assess and refine application-related requirements, workflows, and technical concepts within a complex digital platform

· Translate business needs into structured functional and technical documentation for delivery teams

· Act as a key interface between product, design, technical, and business stakeholders

· Support the rollout of new capabilities while helping to improve solution quality, efficiency, and user experience

· Several years of experience in technical analysis, requirements engineering, or business systems analysis

· Strong background in documenting solution concepts, process flows, and system requirements

· Experience working in cross-functional environments with product, technology, and business teams

· Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

· 2 days per week onsite required
