Role Description
For an established PwC’s application development team, we are looking for experienced Mid/Senior ServiceNow Engineer. The project aims to automate workflows supporting complex compliance processes. The engagement is expected to last 6 months with a strong possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and additional modules as needed.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions within the platform.
- Lead or actively contribute to code reviews, ensuring quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including designs, configurations, and custom implementations.
- Support and participate in testing, QA, and release management activities.
- (For Senior) Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including development and configuration.
- Strong understanding and handson experience with ServiceNow outofthebox modules such as ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, ITOM, and platform automation capabilities (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub) and best practises.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Experience with integrations, scripting, and ServiceNow architecture.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
