Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategy CMC Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes administration to support a Strategy CMC migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining the platform infrastructure while supporting migration, performance optimization, and operational readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
• Support Strategy (MicroStrategy) CMC platform deployment and migration activities.
• Manage containerized applications, clusters, nodes, and platform upgrades.
• Implement monitoring, logging, security, and backup/recovery solutions.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, and BI teams during migration and cutover activities.
• Ensure platform availability, scalability, and operational stability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Platform Engineering.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Understanding of networking, security, certificates, and load balancing.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Strategy (MicroStrategy) administration or CMC environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Experience in migration or upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.

Nice to Have

• OpenShift/Kubernetes certifications.
• Previous experience supporting Strategy platform upgrades or migrations.
