Provide operational and analytical support for Apptio Cost Transparency and Planning platforms, ensuring accurate and reliable TBM data.

Load, validate, and maintain financial cost data including General Ledger, vendor, labor, and asset data within Apptio.

Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by ensuring timely availability, accuracy, and proper configuration of required financial datasets.

Perform routine data quality checks to ensure consistency, completeness, and integrity across TBM datasets and reports.

Administer user access, role provisioning, and permissions within Apptio in line with governance and access standards.

Identify, analyze, and resolve routine data and reporting issues, escalating complex issues to appropriate TBM or technical teams as needed.

Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Maintain and update process and data documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including standardization and automation.
