Role Description
The Workly is a growing IT outsourcing and staffing company specializing in connecting top technology professionals with exciting projects across Europe. We focus on building strong partnerships with both candidates and companies, ensuring a smooth and transparent recruitment experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple technology areas (Software Development, Cloud, Data, SAP, Cybersecurity, Project Management, etc.).
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate both technical expertise and cultural fit.
- Provide candidates with guidance throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS/CRM and support internal reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT/tech recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with different technology stacks and IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Czech or another European language is an advantage).
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
