Key Responsibilities

• Partner with technical teams to understand complex technologies, solutions, and initiatives.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling business narratives.
• Create executive-ready presentations, briefings, and communication materials.
• Design visually engaging and professional slide decks that effectively communicate key messages.
• Structure presentations and communication strategies to drive understanding, alignment, and decision-making.
• Support leadership communications for strategic initiatives, program updates, and transformation efforts.
• Challenge and refine messaging to ensure clarity, relevance, and audience impact.
• Adapt communication styles and content for different stakeholder groups, from engineers to senior executives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in consulting, communications, strategy, change management, or a similar stakeholder-facing role.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Strong presentation design capabilities and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and visual communication.
• Experience creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive communication materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
