Project tasks:

• Deliver manual and automated testing services for web applications in a financial-services environment
• Design and execute API testing and automation for backend and microservice architectures
• Implement and maintain frontend test automation for web applications using Cypress
• Support backend and integration testing across services, APIs, and dependent systems
• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting across web UI, backend services, and integrations
• Execute mobile testing (manual and/or automated) as required by the engagement
• Apply system-level testing approaches to identify cross-component issues
• Integrate AI-based tools or methods into testing workflows to improve efficiency and quality
• Work across web, backend, API, and mobile channels to ensure overall product quality

Qualifications:

• Professional experience in software testing or software development
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing
• Strong experience testing web applications, including user interface testing and system-level testing
• Experience with API testing and automation, using tools such as REST Assured and/or Postman
• Experience with frontend test automation using Cypress (experience with TypeScript is an advantage)
• Experience testing backend and microservice architectures, familiarity with Kotlin for automation or service understanding
• Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting across web UI, backend services, APIs, and integrations
• Experience with mobile application testing (manual and/or automated); Appium experience is an advantage
• Experience or familiarity with AI-based testing tools or methods to support testing efficiency
