Join our innovative team as a UX Architect, a senior-level role combining UX/UI design, strategic consulting, and hands-on implementation. You will help shape intuitive, scalable, and high-quality digital applications for a leading U.S. telecommunications company.

This role is broader than traditional product design. You will act as both a senior designer and UX consultant, helping stakeholders define the right problems, improve workflows, and create application experiences that align user needs with business goals.

Because this is 2026, we are looking for someone who not only designs exceptional application experiences in Figma, but can also implement those designs using Claude Code. This role is ideal for someone who operates confidently across strategy, design, prototyping, and AI-assisted implementation.

This position is 99% remote, with work aligned to U.S. time zones, and occasional travel for workshops and planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Application UX/UI Design

·       Design intuitive, scalable, and visually strong application experiences for complex digital products.

·       Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.

·       Design interfaces that balance usability, business requirements, and technical feasibility.

·       Ensure consistency and quality across the application experience through strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.

UX Consulting & Strategic Advisory

·       Serve as a consultative UX partner to stakeholders, helping define requirements, frame problems, and shape solution direction.

·       Analyze user needs, workflows, and business goals to recommend effective experience strategies.

·       Challenge assumptions and guide teams toward better product and service decisions through UX expertise.

·       Bring a holistic perspective to product challenges, connecting user experience with business value and delivery realities.

Workflow & Experience Optimization

·       Analyze and improve workflows to make applications more efficient, intuitive, and effective.

·       Identify friction points in the user journey and propose practical, user-centered improvements.

·       Apply service design thinking where relevant to improve connected experiences across multiple touchpoints.

Prototyping & Implementation

·       Build high-fidelity prototypes to test ideas, communicate interaction models, and support stakeholder alignment.

·       Use Claude Code to implement designed application experiences, prototypes, or front-end concepts.

·       Bridge the gap between design and delivery by translating UX/UI concepts into working implementations.

·       Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure quality, feasibility, and consistency in execution.

Collaboration & Facilitation

·       Work closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and designers to gather requirements and align on user experience goals.

·       Lead workshops, design sessions, and collaborative working meetings to drive clarity and consensus.

·       Clearly communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Continuous Improvement

·       Stay current with UX/UI best practices, modern application design patterns, and AI-assisted implementation workflows.

·       Continuously improve design quality, team processes, and product experience through iteration and feedback.

Qualifications:

Required

·       Significant experience in a senior UX/UI design role, ideally with a strong consulting, advisory, or strategic component.

·       Proven ability to design complex digital applications, not just marketing sites or simple interfaces.

·       Strong portfolio showing expertise in:

·       application UX/UI design

·       workflow design

·       interaction design

·       prototyping

·       solving complex product challenges

·       Advanced proficiency in Figma.

·       Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and usability principles.

·       Ability to translate business and user needs into well-structured application experiences.

·       Ability to implement designs using Claude Code, turning concepts into functional UI or prototypes.

·       Strong communication and facilitation skills in English.

·       Strong problem-solving ability, product thinking, and user-centered mindset.

·       Comfortable working remotely with overlap in U.S. hours.

Nice to Have

·       Experience in service design or end-to-end journey mapping.

·       Experience working on enterprise, SaaS, telecommunications, or other complex B2B/B2E products.

·       Familiarity with front-end technologies and close collaboration with engineering teams.

·       Proficiency in Czech is a plus, but not required.
