Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze both functional and non-functional business requirements. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to convert these requirements into clear, testable User Stories.
• Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, including AI-driven solutions. Use process mapping and modeling techniques to visualize workflows and recommend improvements.
• Solution Design: Partner with technical teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for automation solutions leveraging PowerApps and AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate findings, present recommendations, and maintain alignment with business goals. Foster ongoing relationships to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Digital SDLC Participation and Documentation: Actively contribute to all phases of the Digital Software Development Life Cycle (SD SDLC) — planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements specifications, design documents, test plans, user manuals ensuring accessibility for current use and future reference.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas of improvement in processes or tools that enhance automation opportunities that incorporate AI capabilities.
• Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile project management principles and utilize collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements workflows effectively.
• Data Management: Define source and target data mappings, business rules, data definitions, and data reconciliation. Create data trace maps and data quality mapping documents.
