Role Description
Role Focus: Business Analyst with expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for automation and AI-driven improvements.
- Key Skills Needed:
- Experience with PowerApps, AI technologies, and Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong in stakeholder management, documentation, and SDLC participation.
- Ability to identify and implement automation opportunities, including AI integration.
- Skilled in data management, including mapping, reconciliation, and quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze both functional and non-functional business requirements. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to convert these requirements into clear, testable User Stories.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, including AI-driven solutions. Use process mapping and modeling techniques to visualize workflows and recommend improvements.
- Solution Design: Partner with technical teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for automation solutions leveraging PowerApps and AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate findings, present recommendations, and maintain alignment with business goals. Foster ongoing relationships to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Digital SDLC Participation and Documentation: Actively contribute to all phases of the Digital Software Development Life Cycle (SD SDLC) — planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements specifications, design documents, test plans, user manuals ensuring accessibility for current use and future reference.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas of improvement in processes or tools that enhance automation opportunities that incorporate AI capabilities.
- Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile project management principles and utilize collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements workflows effectively.
- Data Management: Define source and target data mappings, business rules, data definitions, and data reconciliation. Create data trace maps and data quality mapping documents.
Requirements
- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis including creating testable User Stories.
- Strong process analysis skills and experience in identifying and proposing automation opportunities including AI solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation tools such as PowerApps and AI technologies.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and communication across organizational levels.
- Experience participating in all phases of the Digital Software Development Life Cycle (D SDLC) and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Skilled in collaborating with QA teams to develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying improvements and automation opportunities.
