Role Description
jWe are a dynamic and growing IT services company specializing in Agile, Scrum, and Project Management training, as well as IT Outsourcing. Our mission is to empower professionals and organizations with the skills and talent needed to thrive in today’s fast-paced digital world.
We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base across both training and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for training programs and outsourcing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to confidently present solutions that meet client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and report on sales performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, training, or outsourcing
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Project Management concepts (a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
